The set menus cannot be changed, and dishes cannot be replaced. (you can build up your menu from the specific section)

Each menu has a minimum of order and cannot be changed

The order must be placed no later than 48 hours before delivery. The offer have different pre-order time.

For catering, we recommend picking up or having the food delivered approximately 30-45 minutes before you have to eat.

All catering products are produced and can be collected at Osteria Moderna in Carl Johans gate 6, 7010 Trondheim

We can deliver the food to the desired address and the prices for this are as follows:
5km radius 380,- kr
5-10km radius 500,- kr
10-20km radius 850,- kr

Order changes must be made no later than 48 hours before delivery. If a later change is made, the raw material cost is invoiced.

When submitting a request for Osteria catering, you want to be contacted within the next working day at the latest to clarify details.

We will then send you a delivery confirmation e-mail, in which we will address any questions or wishes you may have.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so in writing no later than 5 days before delivery.

NB!

If cancellation is not valid, you will receive a written response from us.

When ordering for private individuals, payment is made by card, debit card, or cash on delivery/collection.

Invoice? Register company agreement

Companies with an agreement can be sent an invoice.

Contact us at the latest days before delivery to create agreement.

Unfortunately, due to the requirement for VAT registration, we cannot send invoices to private individuals

Most of the people we deliver to present the aluminum forms on the buffet and arrange them yourself serving cutlery and plates/cutlery for their guests.

If you wish, we can deliver “disposible equipment” knife/fork/spoon/napkin).

When you as a customer order food from us, it is important that the food is stored correctly until you are about to eat. This is to ensure the quality and durability of the food.

If you order hot food, it will be delivered in aluminum trays which are again packed in thermo boxes from us, which keep the food warm for approx. 1 1/2 hours, this as long as no one opens the lid of the boxes. These thermos boxes are also returned boxes with us and must be returned within a week.

Or left out side, with in a written agreemnt

All cold food ordered from us must be kept in a fridge or cold room until it is eaten.
